How We Work

Contact:

When you contact us using our Inquiry Form you will be assigned an account manager who will discuss your requirements with you and guide you through your options.

Quote:

Your account manager will email you a bespoke quote including detailed event formats and costs.

Booking:

Once all details have been agreed we'll send you a booking contract. When it's returned we will confirm all the details of your event and send you a detailed itinerary.

No hidden fee:

We do not charge for alterations to your booking after it has been confirmed or transaction fee for credit card payments.

The Event:

Everything will be in place so you can relax, enjoy the big day(s) and take all the credit.

Debrief:

After your event, your account manager will be in touch to get your feedback on every element of your MadSniper™ Laser Shot experience.
